Here is a sneak peak at Tahoma High School's musical, "Little Shop of Horrors." These kids have really done a great job on the show. I took over 1000 photos during their rehearsal and backstage. I am gearing up for two back to back, full days of shooting! First with the Tahoma High School drama dpt. and then I am filling in for Wade at the Bellevue Arts Festival. I made a mad dash to Seattle today to pack up on more "juice." I purchased a vertical grip and battery pack for my camera along with 8 more GB's. I am really excited, but know the work that awaits me when I am done. Editing, editing and more editing...

Welcome Little Pea!

Nothing says Spring like new babies eh! I was fortunate enough to photograph another newbie for some good friends of ours. Little Pea was such a perfect model. Thanks guys for letting me play with your little beauty today!

Welcome Baby Hudson

This family was INCREDIBLE to work with! I have never seen four brothers get along and behave so well (not even my husband and his three grown brothers!) Honestly, have you ever seen a more beautiful family? I felt so honored to be able to capture this sweet time of the arrival of Baby Hudson. Thank you Andrea for sharing your family with me! Congratulations!

EBT Continued: Ballerina Girl

Truth have it, I have ALWAYS wanted to be a dancer! I envy the way dancers can express themselves through their bodies. I found myself many times just standing there in awe watching the girls perform and then remember, "Oh yeah! I am here to take pictures!" Thank you girls, for sharing your beautiful talent with me!

This photo reminds me of my days with film. I started cussing because my negatives had dust on them and then I realized that the window he is looking through is dusty....and that I am now shooting in digital! :)

Photo Booth or Kissing Booth?

Playing With My Homemade Photo Booth

I was asked to be the photographer for a church dance and instead of cheesy dance pictures, I thought it would be fun to do a Photo Booth. The dance is Saturday so I thought I had better work out the kinks before hand and test it out on my family. It was like herding butterflies, but the results were fun non the less.
